Role Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the teaching team in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons, tailored to the needs of our children.
  • Conduct observations and assessments, identifying areas for development and implementing targeted interventions.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress, tracking their growth and development over time.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with young children, preferably in an EYFS setting.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, children, and parents.
