Marketing Manager – Hybrid Role

We're seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team at Arthur Edward, a leading beauty, personal care, and FMCG recruitment agency. As a hybrid role, you'll split your time between our Stoke-on-Trent office and remote work.

About the Role

As a Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and driving marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, grow sales, and foster global customer loyalty. You'll oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns and content creation, ensuring engaging and consistent brand messaging and visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies and deliver successful product launches
  • Lead and inspire the marketing team, providing direction and development while managing budget and resource allocation
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
  • Monitor performance using data-driven insights to refine and maximize ROI across all marketing efforts
