Arthur Edward is a leading recruitment agency for the beauty, personal care, and FMCG industries. We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our client, a passionate and founder-led fragrance brand.
About the RoleThis is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week in our client's Stoke-on-Trent office. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, grow sales, and foster global customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage customers and promote the brand
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies and deliver successful product launches
- Lead and inspire the marketing team, providing direction and development while managing budget and resource allocation
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
- Monitor performance using data-driven insights to refine and maximize ROI across all marketing efforts
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on marketing professional who drives collaboration, communicates effectively, and thrives under pressure. You should have a record of success in luxury brand marketing and be detail-oriented and organised.
