  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share for our SAAS SCM solutions.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and growing our customer base.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key clients and customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored, sustainable solutions to improve their supply chain operations.
  • Monitor sales team performance, analyze sales metrics, and prepare reports to present to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Successful sales leadership track record.
  • Oracle Applications knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors in the SCM/Logistics space.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong experience in new business acquisition.
  • Travel will be required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in SCM or Logistics.
