About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in our retail stores and car parks.
  • Assist customers with their queries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of car parts and cycle repair is desirable but not essential.
  • Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
