Customer Service Representative

At Future Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients across various sectors. Your primary focus will be on taking job briefs from sales and customers, utilizing your print management skills to advise on and manage customer requirements. You will also be responsible for creating job tickets using our Tharstern MIS System and tracking job delivery to ensure clients are fully informed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with customers via telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings. Key Responsibilities:
Take job briefs from sales and customers
Utilize print management skills to advise on and manage customer requirements
Create job tickets using Tharstern MIS System
Track job delivery to ensure clients are fully informed
Develop strong working relationships with customers via telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings

Requirements:
Print management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills
