About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at One Stop Stores. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a great shopping experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly, engaging with them to find out their shopping needs.
  • Sell the right products to customers and make their shopping experience a great one.
  • Work as part of a team to complete store duties, including maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Be passionate and knowledgeable about our products and services.
  • Always be in store, on time, smartly dressed and ready to serve.
  • Always think 25 when serving age restricted products.
