Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled professional to provide technical and administrative support to the Quality and Manufacturing Engineering functions at GKN Aerospace. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of operational excellence to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage quality performance KPIs, reports, and review materials for customer-facing and internally-facing reports and review meetings.
  • Coordinate preparation for quality reviews, including data inputs, presentation material, visitor bookings, room bookings, and calendar management.
  • Manage inputs to the Quality Drop-Box for customer quality concerns and queries.
  • Input data into customer and internal software tools for quality performance reporting.
  • Support the maintenance of Quality Assurance records and activities, including audit and NCR documentation, schedules, and trackers.
  • Support the maintenance of operator certification processes and records.
  • Support the maintenance of Test Department records.
  • Support the maintenance of CEC records.
  • Support the maintenance of Change Management Team and other ME functional records and activities.
  • Support the management of departmental BMS procedures and instructional documents.
  • General support to departmental governance processes, including EHS matters, communications, reports, and reviews, calendar management, purchasing, and financial matters.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in aerospace quality requirements (AS9100, NADCAP, customer requirements, etc.).
  • Skilled in root cause analysis, 8D, and continuous improvement.
  • Well-organized and structured with strong skills to work both independently and in a team.
  • Target-oriented and outgoing with good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of aerospace products, processes, and technologies.
  • Experience and skilled with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
