Insurance Industry Success Strategist

£48,000 - £58,500 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Industry Success Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales or account management within the software or insurance industry.

About the Role:

The key responsibility of this role is to develop and implement strategies that drive customer success and growth in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers to ensure they get the most out of our services
  • Evaluate customer feedback and use it to improve our products and services
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote customer loyalty and retention
  • Monitor and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating where necessary

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management within a software or insurance industry
  • Strong awareness of contractual terminology and supplier management
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and suppliers effectively
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and product lifecycle
  • Knowledge of insurance industry, broking business processes
