Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Reception and Administration Officer to join our team at the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children. The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical and administrative tasks, including filing and reception duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with wards, clinical staff, GPs, and Trust support staff to ensure smooth patient care.
  • Provide a professional approach towards patients and visitors when carrying out reception and appointment duties.

Requirements
  • Educated to GCSE level or above in English Language and Maths.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft packages and excellent IT skills.
  • A flexible approach to duties and excellent communication skills.
