Propulsor Engineering Manager

The Propulsor team at BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled Propulsor Engineering Manager to lead the design and development of propulsor systems. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the design and development of propulsor systems, including conceptual design, detailed design, and testing

- Collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Developing and maintaining technical expertise in areas such as material science and structural analysis
Requirements:
- Mechanical Engineering Degree (or related STEM degree)
- Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
