About the Role

This Electro-Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) Engineer position is a great opportunity to join our team at BAE Systems. As an EMC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our systems meet the required electromagnetic compatibility standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting EMC testing and implementation of mitigation measures
  • Collaborating with other engineers on EMC-related tasks
  • Providing technical support to project leaders and principal engineers

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave incentive, and access to additional perks such as flexible working and employee discounts.

Requirements:
  • HNC or equivalent in engineering
  • Experience in EMC testing and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of IT, MS Office, and relevant software

This role requires excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
