About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Development Lead to join our team at NHS. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in a strategic partnership capacity, building the capacity of the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) in Haringey.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work with local grassroots and small VCS organisations to strengthen their governance and increase their capacity to secure funding and bid for grants and Trust funds.
  • Provide one-to-one and group capacity building support to help organisations develop and grow.
  • Design and deliver workshops on various topics to support the local VCS in Haringey based on their needs.
  • Convene and facilitate meetings and events to bring together stakeholders and promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
