About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Contracts Manager to join our team at Commercial Services Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily and weekly scheduling and management of our operational teams' workload, ensuring specific routes and rounds are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Organising and overseeing the daily and weekly scheduling and management of the operational teams' workload, ensuring specific routes and rounds are followed.
  2. Attending, arranging and hosting customer and site meetings, which may include the pricing and supply of quotations for ad-hoc works.
  3. The regular use and updating of our various systems, including a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, Asset Management tool (Itemit), Works Management system (Comms360) and a variety of shared forms and data through Excel or similar.
  4. Leading and development of the operational staff, including productivity and morale, wellbeing and general performance management – including disciplinary and performance reviews - to ensure delivery against agreed KPIs. Arranging training and development opportunities, and conducting regular team meetings and 121s, ensuring site monitoring information is used as a tool to make positive change and improvement.
  5. Planning, organising and supervising all equipment, staff and materials to avoid wastage and ensure compliance with required standards. Ensuring chemical usage complies with current legislation.
  6. Prior experience managing high-value grounds maintenance projects.
  7. Clean Full UK Driving Licence.
  8. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
