Director of Delivery and Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to join our team as Joint Director for Delivery and Partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly respected and award-winning health and social care provider, Provide CIC.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a strong track record of leading teams in complex organisations, with a passion for transforming lives and a commitment to delivering high-quality services. They will be a people person with experience of working both operationally and strategically, locally and across systems.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to improve health and social care services in Mid and South Essex.
- Work in partnership with senior clinicians and other key professionals to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of the community.
- Manage and motivate a team of professionals to achieve excellent outcomes and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, NHS trusts, and other health and social care providers.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A relevant clinical or social worker professional qualification at degree level, or relevant and equivalent operational and strategic knowledge of these areas.
- A minimum of three years' senior operational management experience of community health, mental health and/or social services.
- Measurable success in managing equalities initiatives.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and social care policy and Mental Health Legislation.
