Equine Head Nursing Team Lead

Vetisco is currently seeking an exceptional Equine Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for supporting and developing our veterinary nursing team, driving clinical excellence, and ensuring high standards of patient and client care.
Responsibilities- Leading the veterinary nursing team to achieve clinical excellence.
- Motivating and developing team members to reach their full potential.
- Contributing to the overall success of Vetisco by implementing best practices and improving workflows.
To be considered for this position, applicants should possess:
- Significant experience as a Registered Veterinary Nurse, preferably in an equine setting.
- Proven leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- A competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus additional benefits including 5 weeks annual leave and private medical insurance.
