We are seeking an experienced Head Registered Equine Veterinary Nurse to lead our veterinary nursing team in delivering exceptional care and support to clients and animals.

Job Summary

In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for supporting and encouraging your team in delivering exceptional veterinary nursing care and client support, promoting a culture of clinical excellence and high standards of client and patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the veterinary nursing team in delivering exceptional care and support to clients and animals.
  • Support and develop your team members in achieving their career goals and aspirations.
  • Promote a culture of clinical excellence, focusing on high standards of client and patient care.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements and Benefits
  1. A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  2. A generous annual leave entitlement of 6 weeks, including bank holidays, plus additional holiday entitlement for your birthday.
