Role Dimensions

In this role, you will be the personification of Diageo's ambition to become the world's best-performing, most-trusted consumer goods company. You will build category-leading partnerships with industry-leading outlets, presenting our products to reflect the luxury brand's image and values.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and brand awareness in the on-trade channel.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, negotiating and persuading to secure pouring contracts and deliver activations.
  3. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver the annual P&L for customers, driving commercial success and inspiring customer loyalty.
  4. Partner with the Diageo Luxury Marketing team and Advocacy team to put our brands in the heart of culture, driving talkability and availability.
  5. Deliver against distribution and execution targets, working closely with a Luxury Curation Manager to support menu creation, activations, and customer engagement.
  6. Accurately forecast and manage internal performance, maintaining brand visibility in outlets and driving on-trade understanding across Diageo GB.
Requirements
  • Commercial attitude and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with luxury brands and/or high-end accounts.
  • Existing network within the GB on-trade preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills across functions.
  • Able to demonstrate a high affinity for iconic brands and an in-depth understanding of consumer desires.
