About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Account Manager to join our team at Diageo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high-end customers in the on-trade sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a commercial plan to drive sales growth and brand awareness among our luxury customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and decision-makers in the on-trade sector.
- Work closely with our luxury marketing team to develop and execute activation plans that drive brand visibility and sales.
- Provide accurate forecasting and performance management to ensure the success of our luxury brands.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and consumer insights in the on-trade sector to inform our commercial strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience in the on-trade sector, with a proven track record of success in managing high-end customers.
- Deep understanding of the luxury brand landscape and the ability to develop and execute a commercial plan that drives sales growth and brand awareness.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide accurate forecasting and performance management.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute activation plans that drive brand visibility and sales.
