Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to nursing staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care. This will involve developing and implementing educational programs, mentoring and coaching staff, and evaluating the effectiveness of educational initiatives.
You will also be expected to contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals.
Key Requirements- Current registration as a nurse with the NMC
- Recognized intensive care course and relevant higher degree
- Experience in pediatric critical care and leadership roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
