About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced KS2 Teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and leading a group of students in Key Stage 2, promoting academic excellence and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach and lead a class of students in Key Stage 2, planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote student progress and achievement, working closely with colleagues to share best practice.
  • Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum, ensuring that it is relevant, challenging and meets the needs of all students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attainment, using data to inform teaching and learning.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student well-being and social emotional learning.

Salary:

The salary for this role is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
