Academic Leader for Key Stage 2

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Year 6 Educator to join our team, who will be responsible for teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children while also focusing on each individual child's learning targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children while also focusing on each individual child's learning targets, encouraging their strengths and improving their weaknesses.
- Maintaining high standards of teaching and learning, with a strong commitment to supporting students' academic and personal growth.
- Developing effective relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress.
Requirements:
- A qualified teacher status (QTS), PGCE or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching Year 6 students and preparing them for SATs exams.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and achieving excellent academic results.
- A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment methodologies.
Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £58,000 per annum
