At the Wayman Group, we are seeking an Academic Mentor for Key Stage 2 to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role will involve providing pastoral care and teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children, promoting teamwork and a conducive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience teaching Key Stage 2 and be confident in their ability to lead a class and manage behavior in line with school policies. We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop children’s writing ability by creating plots, characters, and settings for stories. You will also track children’s progress and report back to parents, ensuring that they receive regular updates on their child's development.
