Senior Administrator

About the Role
The Senior Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the administration team and the administration function of the care home. This includes providing exceptional customer care to residents and families, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administration team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee the administration function, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Provide exceptional customer care, responding to resident and family inquiries and concerns
- Assist with financial management tasks, including budgeting and reporting
- Manage basic recruitment administration, including advertising and interviewing
- Maintain contact with other Colten Care departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Handle client admission and occupancy records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support the Home Manager with various administrative tasks, as needed
About You
We are seeking an experienced and organized individual with a proven track record in administration and/or reception. You will demonstrate professionalism, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering excellence in person-centred care. You will be confident in literacy and numeracy, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in supervising a team and a proven track record in administration and/or reception
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering excellence in person-centred care
- Confidence in literacy and numeracy, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
