Job Title: Residential Registered Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Children's Home in Tiverton, Devon. As a key member of our Residential Services Team, you will be responsible for providing a stable and supportive environment for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of staff to ensure high-quality care and support for children and young people.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other agencies to secure inspiring outcomes for our young people.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a child-centered approach and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of care.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of managing a children's home and a strong understanding of child care legislation.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to drive with access to a vehicle and a valid UK driving license.
  • QCF Level 5 or equivalent qualification (or willingness to undertake this qualification).
