Job Title: Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Devon County Council. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our Children's Homes.

About the Role:

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing emotional and practical support to children and young people in our care
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encouraging and supporting children to achieve their personal goals and aspirations
  • Participating in activities and outings to promote social skills and independence
  • Working collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the well-being and safety of children in our care
Requirements:
