Freight Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Forwarder to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of freight transport.
Key Responsibilities- Freight Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate the movement of freight shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining open communication with clients.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for freight shipments, including customs paperwork and records of freight activities, costs, and performance metrics.
- Problem-Solving: Monitor the status of freight shipments and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations and achieve business objectives.
- Experience: Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
