About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Forwarder to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of freight transport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Freight Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate the movement of freight shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining open communication with clients.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for freight shipments, including customs paperwork and records of freight activities, costs, and performance metrics.
  • Issue Resolution: Monitor the status of freight shipments and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of our logistics team.
Requirements
  • Experience in freight forwarding or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
