Our South division is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the team in our Addlestone office, covering developments across the region.

We hold a reputation for delivering award-winning developments, recognised by industry-leading bodies. Our diverse property portfolio meets the needs of various purchasers, from first-time buyers to families and investors.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate cost management for complex large volume development projects
  • Deal with contractual issues, procurement, and payment of sub-contractors
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on value engineering, cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
Requirements:
  • Previous Housebuilding/Residential Main Contractor experience
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and strong problem-solving skills
  • Commercial awareness and numeracy skills
  • Qualifications and memberships aligned to Surveyor level within the industry
