We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Manpower UK - RISE. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence by leveraging your data insights and reporting expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain weekly/monthly reports on key business metrics
- Calculate profit/loss for service activities and provide actionable insights
- Support the maintenance and optimization of SAP/CRM systems
- Design and implement automations using Power Automate to streamline business processes
- Assist with sales commission calculations and provide ad-hoc reporting as needed
- 12-18 months of business experience with a strong analytical background
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel, with a focus on data analysis and visualization
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with data processing tools like SAP and Power Automate is a plus
- A permanent, full-time role with 37.5 hours per week
- A hybrid work arrangement with a mix of office and remote work
