About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Manpower UK - RISE. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence by leveraging your data insights and reporting expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain weekly/monthly reports on key business metrics
  • Calculate profit/loss for service activities and provide actionable insights
  • Support the maintenance and optimization of SAP/CRM systems
  • Design and implement automations using Power Automate to streamline business processes
  • Assist with sales commission calculations and provide ad-hoc reporting as needed
Requirements
  • 12-18 months of business experience with a strong analytical background
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel, with a focus on data analysis and visualization
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with data processing tools like SAP and Power Automate is a plus
