About the Role
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective sales training programs to help entry-level Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) understand the fundamentals of sales.
- Tutor incoming cohorts of new SDRs in an active office environment, with ongoing teaching and training.
- Assess the needs of incoming SDRs with varying experience and develop training programs that meet those needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Work with sales managers to identify and develop sales training opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest sales techniques and trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver sales training programs to Graduate SDRs.
- Assess the needs of incoming SDRs with varying experience and develop training programs that meet those needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Work with sales managers to identify and develop sales training opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest sales techniques and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is essential.
- Significant experience in sales training is required.
