Legal and Compliance Counsel

Hexagon's Autonomous Solutions division is seeking a highly skilled Legal and Compliance Counsel to join our world-class team. As a trusted advisor, you will provide authoritative legal services, advise on risk mitigation strategies, and support good governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive legal services to meet the commercial and strategic needs of the business.
  • Advise on legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including customer and supplier agreements, distribution agreements, and intellectual property licenses.
  • Develop and deliver legal and compliance training across the organization.
  • Help maintain and develop policies, standards, and checklists.
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams and committees.
  • Develop and oversee ethics and compliance programs to promote a culture of integrity and ethical conduct.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of corporate commercial experience gained in-house or at a top-tier law firm.
  • Expertise in dealing with international corporate, commercial, and technology development contracts.
  • Track record of delivering results and pragmatic, risk-based legal advice.
  • Certification in data privacy.
  • Familiarity with project management principles.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
