We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Eden Scott. As a key member of our Legal department, you will provide expert legal advice to our UK and Canadian conventional, renewables, and global IRM business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice to various departments on a range of topics, including contract review and negotiation.
  • Assessing risk and providing commercially astute advice to support tendering activities.
  • Working closely with the business to identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial legal role, preferably in the energy sector.
