Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Airborne Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities for our airborne systems. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of aviation regulations, and experience working with complex mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance activities for airborne systems, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, engineering, and operations.
  • Develop and maintain schedules for maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and control workloads, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
  • Schedule maintenance inputs, repairs, or modifications, ensuring compliance with Part 145 regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including technical documents and drawings.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of aviation regulations, including Part 145.
  • Experience working with complex mechanical systems, preferably in an aerospace environment.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Highly experienced in scheduled maintenance, repair, and modification, with demonstrable experience leading teams in an aerospace environment.
  • Chinook experience is desirable.
  • A good communicator, technical and non-technical, with the ability to effectively engage across multiple functions and levels, both internally and with the customer.

Salary Information

The salary range for this position is between £40,000 and £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive pension scheme, life assurance, and a generous holiday allowance.

About the Role

This is a regular, full-time position, reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working on exciting projects that contribute to the success of our business.
