Product Manager

At Skills Alliance, we're seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of our digital products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Lead Product Manager to prioritize near-term delivery goals and understand client requirements during onboarding.
  • Translate ideas, feature requests, and client needs into actionable deliverables in partnership with product designers.
  • Work with design and development teams to bring products and features to life, validate with users, and iterate toward a final build-ready version.
  • Refine requirements with developers, designers, and QA to ensure smooth handover for development.
  • Write clear, actionable epics and user stories to enable iterative development by multiple team members.
  • Lead daily scrum stand-ups and other agile ceremonies, helping the team stay on track and resolve blockers.
  • Create release documentation, video walkthroughs, and collaborate with onboarding teams to roll out new features to clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with a strong focus on delivery.
  • Proven experience working with developers to deliver features with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Proficient in agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Strong communication skills, able to convey technical and non-technical concepts effectively.
  • Experience in product discovery, capturing requirements, and using data-driven decision-making.
  • Track record of delivering scalable digital solutions in fast-paced environments.

Preferred:

  • Experience with SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with the housing sector or compliance processes.
