We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support services to our clients and contribute to the development of new technologies.

The Role

As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support services to our clients. This includes troubleshooting, resolving issues, and implementing new solutions.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in providing 1st & 2nd line IT support
  • Expertise in Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 10
  • Experience with Active Directory and Office 365

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
