Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care to residents, promoting their well-being and dignity.
  • Assist residents with personal care needs, support their involvement in activities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Administer medication and contribute to the development of effective care plans.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, with a willingness to complete Level 3.
  • Experience leading teams, coaching, and motivating colleagues to achieve exceptional results.
  • Patient, effective communication, and listening skills, as well as strong time management and prioritization abilities.

  • A competitive salary of £30,156 per annum (£14.87 per hour) for a permanent full-time position (39 hours/week).
