Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including fresh food, locally sourced produce, and meat and fish products
  • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Working closely with the chef and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Assisting with food waste management and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
