Enhanced Risk Assessment
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats to the child's safety and well-being.
Care Planning and Safety Planning
- Develop and implement effective care plans to address the child's needs and ensure their safety.
Community and Ward Assessments
- Conduct assessments in community and ward settings to identify the child's needs and develop strategies to support them.
Intensive Support
- Provide intensive support to children and young people for a 2-week period to help them manage their mental health.
Support and Guidance to Junior Staff
- Offer guidance and support to junior staff to help them develop their skills and confidence in working with children and young people.
