We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacist Manager to join our team at TerryWhite Chemmart Atherton. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall performance and management of our pharmacy, including staff management, reporting, stock control, and events.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing team of pharmacists and support staff
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and the community
- Current, unrestricted General Pharmacy Registration with AHPRA
- Proven leadership and management experience in a pharmacy setting
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement business strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
