Pharmacist Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pharmacist Manager to join our team at TerryWhite Chemmart Atherton. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall performance and management of our pharmacy, including staff management, reporting, stock, and events.

• Lead from the front, encouraging accountability of all staff members and continued commitment to our values and goals.
• Manage staff, reporting, stock, and events, working closely with the Retail Manager, Support Team, and the involved Owner.
• Enhance the growth and sustainability of TWC Atherton through active community engagement and proven success in implementing initiatives.
• Focus on patient care through our CareClinics and share your passion for a specific health area to better serve the community.
• Learn the business side of pharmacy, mentor your team, and join our industry-recognised MasterClass program.
• Ensure accurate prescriptions, actively counsel customers, and leverage our technology to optimise workflow.
• Uphold all policies for a safe and compliant work environment.

Ambitious and qualified, you hold a current, unrestricted General Pharmacy Registration with AHPRA.
