We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist Manager to join our team at TerryWhite Chemmart Atherton. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall performance and management of our pharmacy, including staff management, reporting, stock, and events.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing team and drive growth through exceptional customer care and clinical services.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the growth and sustainability of our pharmacy.
- Work closely with the Retail Manager, Support Team, and Owner to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure accurate prescriptions, actively counsel customers, and leverage technology to optimise workflow.
- Uphold all policies for a safe and compliant work environment.
We are looking for a team-oriented leader with a passion for community pharmacy and a drive to expand clinical care services. You will have a current, unrestricted General Pharmacy Registration with AHPRA and a proven track record of success in implementing initiatives.
