We are seeking a Leadership Role in Care Services to join our team of professionals in providing exceptional care services to our residents.

As a highly motivated and dedicated Home Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the good reputation of the home and promoting person-centred care for all residents.

You will hold overall responsibility for the home shared with the Deputy Manager and ensure that our company's high standards are implemented and adhered to throughout the service. Main Responsibilities:
  1. Be responsible for ensuring the very best person-centred care service is provided to our residents whilst promoting their interests and understanding their needs
  2. Effectively manage your staff, provide guidance and ongoing supervision and support, recruit and onboard new staff and continually develop and encourage your team
  3. Have commercial control and work closely with the Customer Relations Team to ensure optimum occupancy is maintained in your home by creative marketing strategies ensuring cost control over fees and staffing
  4. Liaise regularly with residents and their families to ensure consistent care is provided throughout

Please note that this job requires being a qualified Care Home Manager, with a salary estimated to be around £59,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
