We are seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer to join our team at Vertex-IT-Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a valid SC clearance and 2+ years of support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing break fix on desktop equipment
  • Daily backup checks as required
  • Carry out ad hoc tickets/non-ticketed/project work as needed
  • Active Directory management: creating users, deleting users, group policies

Requirements:

  • Valid SC Clearance
  • 2+ years support experience
  • Solid Windows, Microsoft, AD, Office 365 support
  • Able to work on site 4 days per week
