Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our undergraduate team within Medical Education at Leeds Teaching Hospitals. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality education and training for healthcare professionals worldwide.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Medical Education team, including coordination and distribution of information, organizing inductions and teachings, and maintaining office and training equipment.
  • Be part of the team as the first point of contact for service users, stakeholders, and colleagues, handling face-to-face, telephone, and email communication.
  • Support the wider team with general office administration, including organizing meetings, taking minutes, and helping design and distribute resources.
  • Work flexibly to prioritize and organize own and team workloads, dependent on the conflicting demands of the service.
