Are you a seasoned business engagement professional with a passion for driving growth and innovation in education? Do you have a knack for building strong relationships with industry partners and educators? We're seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Engagement Lead to join our team at STEM Learning.

As a Business Engagement Lead, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to engage employers and partners with our STEM Ambassadors programme. You will work closely with our Business Engagement Manager to identify new opportunities for income generation and provide strategic consulting services to businesses. Your expertise will be essential in designing and delivering bespoke STEM education outreach programmes that meet the needs of young people and employers alike.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, innovative, and sustainable in their approach. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with employers and partners, representing STEM Learning at networking events, and leading the account management of significant employer partners. If you're passionate about education and industry engagement, and have a talent for influencing and managing stakeholder relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage employers and partners with our STEM Ambassadors programme
  • Work closely with the Business Engagement Manager to identify new opportunities for income generation
  • Provide strategic consulting services to businesses, conducting thorough needs assessments and analyses
  • Design and deliver bespoke STEM education outreach programmes that meet the needs of young people and employers
  • Represent STEM Learning at networking events and conferences
  • Lead the account management of significant employer partners
