Are you a seasoned business engagement professional with a passion for driving growth and innovation in education? Do you have a knack for building strong relationships with industry partners and educators? We're seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Engagement Lead to join our team at STEM Learning.

As a Business Engagement Lead, you will play a critical role in scaling up employer and partner engagement with UK schools and colleges through our highly successful STEM Ambassadors scheme. You will work closely with our Business Engagement Manager to develop and implement strategies to generate revenue through bespoke STEM education programs, services, and sponsorships.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with national and regional employers and partners to support the STEM Ambassadors program.
  • Supporting the development of innovative and engaging STEM education outreach programs tailored to the needs of young people in schools and aligned with the employer's objectives.
  • Representing STEM Learning at networking events, conferences, and education-business partnership forums.
  • Leading the account management of significant employer partners to ensure they are supported to develop, embed, and scale their STEM Ambassadors volunteer activity.

We're looking for someone with a background in business engagement, industry, and education, with experience of working to tackle skills and education challenges through employee volunteering and education outreach programs. If you have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and can influence positively across all levels, we'd love to hear from you.
