We are seeking an experienced Litigation File Handler to join our team at Davies Group. As a key member of our counter-fraud division, you will play a crucial role in handling litigated fraud cases from inception to resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run fraud cases from litigation through to resolution, ensuring adherence to client guidelines and strategies.
  • Conduct detailed reviews and analyses of evidence, identifying strategic litigation opportunities and complex cases.
  • Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with clients, Lead Lawyers, and Technical Leads.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring maximum satisfaction and achieving client and internal KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve commercially sound results and protect client interests.
Requirements
  • Experience in civil litigation claims handling or as a legal File Handler.
  • Knowledge of insurance litigation practice, processes, and indemnity principles.
  • Understanding of the litigation process and working knowledge of the CPR.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Experience with time recording and billing systems.
  • Excellent IT skills.
