About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Deliver a level of care that truly comes from the heart, ensuring residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality.
  • Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and therefore it is essential that you can recognize the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm, or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns.
