About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care and Companionship Assistant. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting clients with personal care tasks such as showering, bathing, and toileting
  • Assisting with household chores and domestic duties
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Helping clients with mobility and transportation needs

As a Care and Companionship Assistant, you will be working closely with our clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences. We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including holiday entitlement, pension scheme, and apprenticeship opportunities.
